How can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions on returns here.
How many days do I have to return an item I have purchased?
Products bought online can be returned within 30 days for full price items and within 14 days for Sale items from the day that you picked up the order, provided it is in its original condition.
Is there a free refund?
For countries, return postage charges apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. More information is Shipping information is available here.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are not refundable.
How long does it take to receive a refund to after I have sent in my return?
After sending us the product you have purchased, it must be verified by our team that it is complete and unused. Your money will be refunded within 14 days after the product is checked.
I returned the product and would like to see the result.
Your return will be processed as soon as we have received it and in the order in which it was received. You will receive a refund for the items you have returned based on the payment method you used. How do I communicate my complaint?
First, we apologize!
Send an email to customerservice@nuwalk.com and give your order number and your contact information. Explain what has happened/what you feel is wrong with the product. To help, we recommend that you send a photo indicating the fault. Our complaints department will contact you as soon as possible by email.

Orders and Delivery
How do I learn that my order has been received?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you did not receive an email, the order has not been processed or an incorrect email address has been given. Please also check to make sure that the order confirmation did not end up in your “junk mail” folder. If you are still in doubt, please contact our Customer Service at info@nuwalk.om
How long does my delivery take?
It takes approximately 5 working days to process the order. Delivery time is 12-25 days according to the order country. Shipping information is available here.
What does it cost?
We work for the lowest payment amount. For some of our campaigns, you don’t pay any shipping costs. For some purchases, the shipping cost varies according to the buyer’s country. You can see the shipping fee on the product payment page. Shipping and costs information is available here.
How do I change my order?
An order can only be changed before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If the order is dispatched, you will need to return the product and place a new order.

How can I track my order?
When we dispatch your order’ warehouse, an email is sent to the address you provided when placing the order notifying you that your order is on the way.
You can also log in to My Account to view the status of your order or your order history. If you do not have an account or are a new customer, you can create your account.
Once your order is dispatched’ warehouse, you can also use the tracking number (Item ID) that you received in an email from Nuwalk™ to track the progress of your parcel through.

We do not store your credit card and payment information. Data security standards (PSI DSS) are applied. We do not share or sell your personal information. Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check-out process. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy.

What are the payment methods and currencies?
You will find several popular payment options available including credit card, Paypal for your online orders. You can pay by the United States dollar (USD) currency for online purchases.
