Nuwalk™ products are delivered all over the world. Delivery times vary by shipping companies and countries. It is important that you give us a correct email so we can send you notifications for the delivery.
All orders are processed Mondays through Fridays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking your order
You can see the status of your orders and view your order history by logging into My Account. If you do not have an account, create your account today!
Once you’ve sent your order from our warehouse, you can track your order using the tracking number (Product ID) you received in an email from Nuwalk™.
Free Shipping takes 12/25 DAY
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system.
If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
Damage in transit
Please report any visible damage directly to shipping company.
Returns and Charges
For countries, return postage charges apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns must be made within 30 days for full price items and within 14 days for sale items from the day that you picked up the order, provided it is in its original condition. See Making Returns for more information.
Uncollected Goods
We make a return charge of 25 USD for uncollected goods to cover postage and administration costs. This must be paid by the customer. The shipping company will hold the goods for one week. After this, they will automatically be returned to us. The postage costs will be charged to the customer.
